Party is also available hosted by PRINCAPECHA with additional props
and a party staff to set up, run and break down the celebration in
MD, DC, DE & N. VA. All Party Prop
Boxes with Costume rentals have a $200 deposit hold. This deposit
is separate from your Party Prop Box fee and will not be officially
charged to your account unless the rental items are not returned
as stated below.
Rental items must be returned in the box they arrived
in, the first business day following your event date. Please do
not wash costumes before or after use. Please do not attempt to
remove stains from costumes. Please do not attempt to repair a costume
if you damage it. Please do not replace costumes without approval
from PRINCAPECHA LLC. Please do not delay the return of costumes
for any reason without approval from PRINCAPECHA LLC. Please do
not keep a souvenir costume without purchasing it. Please do not
return any paper products or plastic décor items. Please
refer to your rental return sheet to be sure you return all rented
items. If costumes are wet for any reason, please allow to air dry
prior to placing in box for return. PLEASE DO NOT PUT COSTUMES IN
WASHER OR DRYER. Please contact PRINCAPECHA if you are shipping
costumes that may be damp. Failure to follow the above requests
will result in forfeit of your entire deposit.
Costumes must be returned in the supplied box using
the return shipping label that will arrive with your Party Prop
Box. Please do not add items to this box that are not on your rental
return sheet. If any item is missing, damaged or incorrect when
you receive your shipment please notify PRINCAPECHA costumer service
immediately either by email or phone at info@princapecha.com, 301-875-6272.
Notification must be received within 24 hours of confirmed delivery
of box.
Party
Prop Box shipping costs vary and are determined by your location
within the Continental US. There will be a fixed handling rate of
$20 per party prop box added to all orders.
