Find a Cure
In loving memory of
Jean Marie Mader, a mother and very dear friend to some of us here at
PRINCAPECHA, who lost her courageous battle with Cancer on March 22,
2007.
Jean spent countless hours of her life providing strength, wisdom and
joy to those of us who grew up watching her dedication as a mother and
friend. She exemplified women of courage and shared that courage with
those who knew and loved her, even in her final days. Countless times
during her life, Jean brought smiles to the faces of her children and
their friends, then her grandchildren and even their friends! She made
us laugh even when we just wanted to cry and for that we honor her as
we try to follow in her footsteps doing the same for others.
It bares no mention that learning a child or mother has been diagnosed
with Cancer is one of the most frightening experiences one can be taxed
with. PRINCAPECHA wants to aid people in finding resources that may
help them through such a tough day, understand difficult terminology
and grant children a kid friendly approach to understanding the disease
of Cancer. We hope our Find A Cure page offers comfort, hope and support
if it is ever needed in your family.
This page is dedicated to Jean Mader and shares it's passion with all
who have met with the challenge of Cancer or may meet it some day.
